By using Glownetics website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We strive for accurate descriptions. Skincare products including microneedling kits and peptide serums are for external use. Patch test first. Results vary.
3. Orders
Must be 18+ to order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We may refuse orders due to availability or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
US shipping only. 3-5 business days standard. Not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Returns
30-day returns for unopened products. Cannot accept opened microneedling or serum products for hygiene. Contact Support@glownetics.com.
6. Safety
Products are cosmetic, not medical. Don't use on irritated skin. Consult dermatologist if unsure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content is protected by copyright.
8. Liability
We're not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability equals product price paid.
